obertson & Marchetti, P.C. was established in 1974 by Lynn Robertson, CPA as a sole proprietorship in Eagle County, Colorado. The firm started with Eagle-Vail Metropolitan District as its anchor client. Over the years the firm developed a specialization in accounting, administration and management for metropolitan districts and property owners associations for planned communities. In 1994, as a result of health problems experienced by Mr. Robertson, Kenneth Marchetti became the president of the firm. Mr. Robertson retired and is now deceased.

ur firm provides accounting services, budget preparation, financial planning, financial management and district management services for approximately 40 special districts, governmental authorities, master property owner associations and sub-associations in Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Gunnison, Pitkin, Routt and Summit Counties. Additionally, our firm handles the accounting for six golf courses, two of which are owned by metropolitan districts. The rest of the golf courses are privately owned.
